Stimulants Meth won't dissolve in water?

I just bought some meth, in shard form, and when I tried to dissolve it so I could inject it, some of it dissolved, but most of it didn't. It didn't have the strong taste that meth usually does, either. Was it just really, really cut, or what?

And, I injected what did dissolve, and it didn't get me high at all.

I added 100 units of water to what was left, and it dissolved.
Can anyone tell me what was up with this batch?

Yeah, either not meth at all, or simply just cut to shit.

We don't allow speculative threads or any kind of substance ID.

This. Crystal should dissolve pretty much instantly merely by dropping a single drop of water onto a shard. Beautiful in an ugly way.
