Above any drug, supplement or nutritional intake you need exercise. Lots and lots of exercise. Preferably of the cardiovascular variety and/or high intensity interval training. Several times a week - daily if you can.
In terms of food, lots of a variety of different coloured vegetables and fruit. Good fats/oils (especially omega-3 fish oils, seeds, nuts, olive oil, coconut oil, avocado etc). Try to keep simple carbohydrate intake low.
