meth recrystalising in your lungs...bollocks!

I keep hearing rubbish from people about meth recrystalising in your lungs and this being the reason why many blow out great plumes of smoke when smoking through a pipe rather than holding their breath until no vapour emrges....bollocks!!
I have had two medical opinions on the subject and both say that due to the fact that the lung is covered in a wet mucous and that meth is Hydrosopic (spelling?) that this is simply not possible.
Any other opinions on the sugject?
