Stimulants Meth rash?

I've been using meth on a regular basis for about 4-5 months. My arms and legs have broken out in tons of flesh colored little bumps (not acne).

Everything I have researched says acne is a normal side effect due to sweating and dehydration, but I can't find anything relating to the bumps I have.

Does anyone else suffer from this? How can I get my skin back to being smooth.?

No it isn't red at all. I honestly can barely see the bumps as they are flesh colored. They mainly just irritate me because they make my skin feel very rough

Well, most likely any solution to that type of bump involves abstaining from meth.
You could probably make it a bit better with some non skin drying soaps and moisturizers.
