Okay so I smoked I would I'd say three bowls last night at about 10:30p did one line (not sure if it was a big line because it was my first time snorting meth) I cant remember my last hit. I think it could have been around 2am? But I honestly havent a clue. I had been sleep deprived prior to smoking & now I've pulled an all nighter & theres no way I can stay in bed any longer to attempt to sleep. Its noon & I have work at 6p & I cant have my rents getting suspicious. So I know Ive really fucked myself to have a shitty comedown while Im at work, the biggest thing that gives away Ive used when I comedown is the profuse & uncontrollable SWEATING. Its a total give away. So my question is if I go for a hard & long run & try & make myself sweat as much as possible while drinking a shit ton of water before work.. will the sweating I force myself to do help get the dope out of my system & pores faster or?? before work so I don't sweat & then I'd just be tired from the comedown?

Agreed. Doubly sweaty and exhausted, look a mess, and feel a lot more used up and worn out. I know it sounds cliche, but I know what I'm talking about - DRINK LOTS AND EAT SOMETHING. That'll help even your body out and keep it from being such a hellacious crash. I find the comedown to be much smoother and more like it wearing off if I do these things instead of a "crash".

I would chill, relax/rest, eat, and drink drink drink. You'll be tired as fuck but it shouldn't be as noticeable as if you expend a lot of energy. Your body has finite energy. The crash is when you don't have enough to keep going. So the more you waste (like running now) the worse off you'll be. Your body is going to do all sorts of shit to make up for the lack of calories and sleep, and they affect your autonomous nervous system (which controls sweating, among much else) making it go into sort of overdrive (to oversimplify) as if you were in duress.

I take it you don't have anything to aid in the comedown? I like xanax personally, but everyone is different.

If you're just really prone to sweat as it exits your system and you're mostly worried about looking conspicuous, a *slightly* warm shower works well for me. It's uncomfortable at first, but when I get out, my temperature seems more evened out. Plus, it will relax you and help counteract blood vessel constriction.
