meth Brown and not running

I'm an amateur meth smoker and I like to Soke out a pickle (meth pipe) a little bit last longer in it
But last week I broke both my pipes and been using foil and today I was smoking some with it and a little piece fell off and landed in my drawer (not wet nor dirty) and when I put it back in my boat and proceeded to take a hit but it instantly turn Brown and won't run what happen

Sounds like you burned it. Smoking meth off foil is a lot trickier than vaporizing using a pipe; you've got to make sure you get it liquid and runny before you start chasing the dragon. So you probably put the fire right up to the foil and burnt it straight out. Keep the heat low and long and when it starts to run down the foil, that's when you start smoking.
