Is it okay if I do a nice line of meth hangout with friends workout than take a xanax to get some nice sleep

There won't be any bad interactions, if that's what you're asking. Not sure if the xanax will be strong enough to make you sleep after a session on meth (I know it wouldn't be strong enough for me - I need major tranquilisers), but it's worth a try.

I do two lil lines usually and I can sometimes sleep, I just heard that xanax are like crazy sleep pills n I don't know how long ill sleep for, I have work n school :/

Major tranquilisers are anti-psychotics like Seroquel. Minor tranquilisers are benzos (and z-drugs) like Xanax.

Xanax has hypnotic (sleeping) properties among other things, but I wouldn't call it a "crazy sleep pill".

It might make you a bit drowsy. You'd have to have a very low benzo tolerance and/or a high xanax dose to be knocked out.

Xanax does help me sleep after I take uppers. I have never used meth so I can't say it helps you sleep after that particular substance. However, it does help after things like adderall or cocaine. For someone with at least a mild tolerance a minimum of 1mg 2mg is needed (me). I'm not sure what your tolerance is like, so just be sensible. If it does not make you sleep, you should at least be a little less aggravated.

I took two pills to comedown n it went bomb... but unfortunately im finishing the last of my dub ... working out to try to get sleepy n maybe it will help my comedown if I do it tomorrow morning as well you think?
