Treatment Meth and high blood pressure

Here it goes I was an avid drug user in the last 13 years but have slowed down in the last 3 I haven't touched meth in two years but I'm going to a festival soon I weight 139kg and I'm 5ft 11 I have hypertension high blood pressure and an irregular heartbeat my question is am I to heavy to use maybe 1-3 points of ice or is that a really a gamble my blood pressure rests at 148/110 with a pulse of 100 last time I smoked ice when I was overweight half my body went numb including my arm still not sure if I was Wigging out or something else was going on

This subforum is dedicated to recovery and harm reduction. I don't know if asking how much ice is an optimal dose for someone with high blood pressure and irregular heartbeat counts as recovery or harm reduction.
