Misc Metamizole...wow!?

Just tried this for the first time for my yesterday's migraine, was searching an alternative to codeine. This shit is stronger than 100mg of codeine...mass confusion here haha, how the fuck is it that strong? I don't get it. In Romania it is OTC Algocalmin, anyone got some concerns with respect to this compound besides the improbable agranulocytosis? This is new to me, I need input.

Took something new, I don't wana have problems, so asking around. If anything can go wrong with it, someone here will know lol.

It's not exactly new since I've had it a couple of times in my childhood but still, been a while. Had a big hypothermic effect attached to it, I went from sweating with air conditioning to shutting down the AC and fetiching blankets lol. 100% pain relief.

Its probably the best non narcotic allround pain killer that i have tried. There are better options for specific types of pain. But if you don't want to get hooked on opioids, i can only advise this medication. But if you take it for extendend periods of time you should check your blood once a month, because it has a rare but dangerous side effect agranulocytosis. But i never noticed any psychoactive effects at all from it i hadt 2,5g infusions in hospital.
