messed-up voice on coke?

I found it very hard to speak on some white last night, my voice was cracked and the words wouln't come out, has anybody expericenced the same?

When I do coke the same thing happens to me. I find it is caused by the drip going down my thought and causing it to go numb. Not only is it hard to talk I can't tell if I am swallowing or not.
I don’t think there is much you can do to stop this from happening while doing coke.

Coke makes you numb. I smoked some weed once that had a bunch of coke on it, and for a couple minutes, I didn't think I could talk either. Then I realized that my mouth and throat were numb, and that was why. When you snort it, the same happens, but I never had any trouble with it.

Could this be why some say you "fish out" on coke? someone explained to me that you make these weird, gargly, almost burping type noises, and talking is more difficult because of this.
