I got my hands on some Crampiton pills which contain 150mg of both meprobamate and quinine.
If I remember correctly Soma is metabolized into meprobamate and quinine is a quite strong CYP450 2d6 inhibitor then these could be quite good at synergizing and lengthening opioid high?
However I don't know how much to take for quinine to start inhibiting those enzymes and also does quinine inhibite 3a4 too?
What about meprobamate then? How much is the recreational dose of it when taken itself and would it lead to quinine poisoning as the pill contains that too?
