Does anyone have any tips or ideas on how to stop the mephedrone fiending when youve finished your last bit. The next 2 hours are hell clucking for another line. I know smoking weed can help, but anyone who has done m-kat knows its so hard not to continue or ease the down to earth ride.

Eat a benzo or 3 and get away from your stash/give it to a friend. Also keep yourself occupied with some lighthearted tv/cartoons, anything to distract you from your cravings really.

benzos work quite well, eat a few and smoke, and you'll calm down a bit - but seriously, get off the meph man, I just recently quit and have had serious physical problems. im hoping they arent permanent, but wouldnt be surprised if they are.

Idk if it interacts with the Mephedrone would react with gabapentin, but I took 300mg and I have no urge to smoke or take hydrocodone. It's really weird. It give you a nice little buzz.
If you've finished your last bit then surely you won't be able to carry on fiending, as it's finished?! But if this isn't what you meant then I've found the only way to stop fiending is not to have it in the house. If you've got some and you've started on it your brain will always find an excuse to make you have some more no matter how determind you are to "just have a couple of lines" when you first crack into it.
Then don't kid yourself on. It's like giving up fags. Sounds patronising, but the only way to give up is to not buy any fags. I've found that the only way I can controllably take meph is to buy just the amount I need for a night out (or in). Then when it's gone it's gone and there's nothing I can do about it. Luckily for me I don't live near any dealers or sources of meph so it always takes me a few days to source and I can't buy it on impulse.
