Stimulants Mephedrone - banned in Canada?

Anyone know the legal status of Mephedrone in Canada. There are lots of websites that say they will ship to Canada. However I have read some online material that says it is illegal in Canada. If it is illegal in Canada how are they able to ship the product into Canada without getting in shit when its inspected at customs?

I was curious so I googled 'canada + analogue laws' and sadly your post is the first hit!

I did find this on the wikipedia 'designer drug' page but its far from comprehensive-
