Harm Reduction Mephedrone and 5HTP

Hi guys,

I just did something silly. Last night I took about 250mg of mephedrone insuffalated over a couple of hours, and this morning I woke up and took a 100mg 5HTP cap, as I normally do post roll.

Now, here comes the stupid part. Some friends came over and wanted to do some lines, so without thinking I got out the meph and we did a few lines.

I did 100mg completely forgetting that I had taken 5HTP this morning. (good work on HR mate!)

I'm normally really good on my HR, and now I'm worried about the combination doing some damage...

Thank you for the reassurance. I tend to worry about this sorta stuff ( only get one brain right)
