memory loss solutions?

If you play games which require short term memory (such as Memory) regularly you can learn to use it while high.

I mean that the more I got high, the better I was at concealing the fact that I was - including poor short term memory.

You can only control this to a degree as your hippocampus holds many binding sites for active chemicals in cannabis, and the hippocampus is also where a large part of your short-term memory is stored. It's also why stoners don't remember their dreams, etc. This can't really be helped besides a few brain supplements, and experience with dealing with the side effects from getting high.

I had to start reading books to improve my memory. The more i used my brain the more my memory came back to me. I play little memory games with my self to help improve the function of my brain.

Also taking a Super B complex and an 500mg L-Tyrosine take my brain to a new function height. Try it. Youll be amazed.

Does that mean if I start taking ginkgo I'll remember my dreams again?

Short term memory loss is just the price of doing business when smoking maryjane, your best bet would be to cutback and to not smoke first thing in morning.

Is tthere any solution to help stop the memory loss effect whilst under the influence of cannabis?

Buy galantamine capsules in herbal store = problem solved + nice benefit = your dreams will be incredible.

Playing memory games and sudoku type games and taking supplements helps a ton. I work in fast paced face to face sales so it's necessary for me to have short term memory as well attention to detail... I've been smoking for ~13 years with small breaks in between.. and outside of losing control of the occasional munchie attack, I have no real issues.

There's a lot of studies that brain games help improve memory.. google it for more info, here's a little excerpt;

"It helps in extending dendrite connections in your brain cells which help improve memory. Scientists say solving them depends on neural pathways that even the most powerful computers can't replicate. They say that by studying how people solve the puzzles, we might be able to develop more intelligent and brain-like computers. "

There's been studies also that say THC, like alcohol consumption, can 'destroy' or 'shorten' dendrites..

Brain cells can grow as many as 1 million billion dendrite connections - these are touch points. The greater the number of dendrites, the more information that can be processed.

Anyways research will always be your best friend... Google is a great resource but so are a lot of educational databases(almost all colleges have one or a form of one as do libraries) that have thousands upon thousands of research documents and studies posted.. most of the time they're unadulterated and not for the average person to read, so do what I do and start googling terms and words to learn them. ;)
