had some of the hoffmans lsd, and i had no visuals. my friends talked about having intense visuals of patterns and what not but i wasn't getting any effects. ive been on meds for a while and i was wondering if anyone knows if certant meds maybe counteract or something with the lsd. also i have tried 2c-e and the same thing happend(no visuals, and i took a large amount)help please?
 
There are several common medications that interact with and can reduce the intensity of psychedelics, what meds are you on?
 
i was told by someone to be off all my meds for 2 weeks before trying again, would this work?
 
Yeah, there's definitely no use in tripping when on those medications.

It's a tough choice whether to quit them or save the psychedelics for later. I don't really think just taking a 2 week break is a good idea. Tripping is a state of integrating your whole being, and quitting those meds temporarily will possibly create some awkward connotations to psychedelic use, not to mention putting your overall mental health at a perhaps unnecessary risk.

But then, all this is highly personal and those were my 2 cents only.
 
thanks for all the replies. and yes i am aware of the danger of just quitting medication. but i am in the process of slowly getting off of them, so yes this will be saved for later.
 
What are you taking the anti-psychotics for? If its bipolar disorder, I can tell by the antidepressant that your depression is very bad. I would advise against tripping because you do not know the outcome and it could lead you to be even more depressed and possibly suicidal.
