as far as interactions go, i dont believe theres any to be too worried about, but thats off the top of my head (i take mirtazapine.) doing MDPV 36 hours after remeron probably wont make much of a difference at all.
doing them TOGETHER might not be the best idea. Remeron has some mildly psychedelic effects, and how knows what mixing those two could do. but remeron isnt an MAOI or anything like that. ive done 4mmc and mirtazapine, and it was like a drowsy euphoria, i ended up passing out because mirtazapine is one strong mother!
i just wouldnt recommend it because the drowsiness caused my remeron will probably get you to sleep deprivation much faster than normal. however if you take it when you are done with your MDPV session it will kill the fiend, and help you sleep easily. also i believe mirtazapine has some minor but medically relevant action at the 5-ht2B receptor as an antagonist, which means theres a chance it might help a bit with some heart related issues (mainly with 5HT2B agonist drugs or similar like 4mmc, MDMA etc) but im not a doctor or scientist so take that with a grain of salt.
