MDPV legal in South America ?

I wonder if Methylenedioxypyrovalerone aka MDPV is legal to consume/sell in South America ( Peru, Bolivia )

I know that in US and Europe its banned , but what about country´s like Peru or Bolivia, does it still legal to consume it there ?

also, when in peru, i wouldn´t want to take pv. there´s a big amount of a different dopaminergic stim around, all the time....
