Hey everybody,
New to the site this is my first thread :P i was just wondering what kinda visual distortions or CEVs you guys get while on MDMA. Iv had some pretty crazy stuff from seeing peoples faces to neon lights all over my room to looking like it was snowing outside! Share your thoughts people im curious ;)
 
Well I mean, things look really cool and awesome when your on MDMA. So pretty much any moving lights blow your mind.

But your asking about visuals? Like the only real visuals on MDMA are just the blurring of the vision and eye wiggling.

It's all about the sensuality. Not visuals. The things you see just become great, not really distorted.
 
I get them sometimes, usually when I smoke weed while rolling, when a trees branches and leaves were blowing in the wind I thought it was people running by, and I remember my friend had a pirate flag with a skull in his room and as I stared at it for a while it looked like the Misfits skull even though it wasn't
 
I love the visuals / CEVs from MDMA - they have a very different feel about them from other drugs. When clubbing I often get a strange - its hard to explain :D Imagine looking at a 3d movie without the glasses, you know how you can see the different colors around the image? Well I often get that around people! In the smoke people distort into strange shapes and things get tracers. I think its very strange that a lot of people report the same OEV's when the dose is increased or MDA is in play :D - Beards and black glasses ! I'm sure a lot of us have encountered the 'shadow people' when out of our heads? People just out of the corner of your eye or there one minute and then gone the next - funny on the dance floor but scare the shit out of you when standing next to your bed when your trying to get to sleep.

I never really get CEV's but im just coming down from 5 orange winners and ive been hallucinating? ive been like seeing birds in the shadows and even 2 bins i thought was an old woman and her dog

is this normal?
 
All those saying that MDMA doesn't give visuals are very wrong :P At high doses (250mg+) the visuals can be very obvious, especially if you go for a walk outside in the dark. Its not like typical hallucinogen visuals (stuff warping etc) its more like full on seeing stuff that's not there, like people or animals. I once looked at my friends face an saw the head of some weird reptile type thing, like his face was all scaley. I've had conversations with people who aren't there, looked into a woods an seen a front porch door close when really it was just trees. My favourite one so far was watching 3 tree branches silhouetted against the sky dance together :)

The thing is that nothing you see really scares you no matter how weird it is because you're rolling so hard, but it can be confusing as hell when the person you just spend 5 minutes talking to disappears right in front of you :P but generally you just think "woa I'm fucked" an forget about it. Its only the next day you realise how weird it was.

Very common ime, things looking like other things happens a lot to me (generally just in the dark) for example I thought a white plastic bag blowing about on the street was a dog

See i don't consider those things visuals, for me, that's just my mind playing tricks on me. It's just like someone else said it'd pretty much be the same things I'd get mistaken when I'm drunk.

I think visuals i think LSD.
 
MDMA Hallucinations

Hi there,

Last night I consumed 5 orange winners (150mg per pill tested),was starting to come down i would get the craziest hallucinations, nothing like a dose of lsd or shrooms. For example i was riding my bike around in the middle of the night and saw a woman and her dog, i could see it as clearly as day but when i got closer they turned into two bins.

Another time i was looking at my garden fence and saw two crows moving around, then i walked up to them and they dissapeared.

I was looking at my next door neighbours roof and out of nowhere i saw a huge python moving around on its roof, clearly as day but as i got closer it dissapeared. When i would close my eyes it was like i was in a different place doing something and when i would open my eyes again, the walls in my house would be sort of like blue snake scales.

I did not find any of these hallucinations uncomfortable, actually i rather enjoyed them.

As im 99% sure that these pills have no adulterants and have been lab tested and contain only mdma

Is it possible to hallucinate this vividly from a high dose of mdma?
 
As far as I know MDMA is metabolized partially to MDA, so I could imagine that on a high dose of MDMA towards the end of the turn, there could be enough MDA in your system to cause those hallucinations.

What's the difference? Your mind is playing tricks on you when your on LSD - Your mind is playing tricks on you when your on MDMA. You see things that you wouldn't normally see without ingesting a drug?
 
I get quite a few visuals from MDMA, but generally only from higher doses (>300-500mg). They tend to be very realistic type visuals rather than the surreal type I find with many other hallucinogens, such as thinking a sign for example from a distance might look like a person. These don't seem to happen at lower doses.
 
Some pretty cool stuff here. Feel sorry for those of you who dont get any visuals :P tonight il be taking a rather large dose while producing some house/trance so il keep ya'l updated on the visual side of things :)

MDMA is definitely not about the visuals.

The only time I usually get a serious change in my vision or the things I am perceiving, is at high doses of MDMA. And so many other things are going on with you at high doses of MDMA, it just doesn't become something I even think about. At the time.

Never have gotten legit visuals, but I certainly can't text, because my eyes be all wiggly.

Now when I'm coming down I sometimes hallucinate pretty hard.
