ok so ive been reading up on mdma and urine tests, so it takes roughly 72 hrs to get out of ur system. But i read somewhere it could make a urine test positive for amps? Also im prescribed d5s will that show up as amp or something else? Btw in wa trying to get a job inthe mines.

Everyone is different. As you've suggested, MDMA can take up to 72 hours to leave your body, but it may be gone within 24. The detectable duration depends entirely on how much you've consumed (and by what route), and your body's rate of metabolism.
Dex will probably return a non negative result for amphetamines, but if you can produce your prescription then you've got absolutely nothing to worry about. The non negative urine sample will be sent to a lab for confirmatory GC/MS analysis - if it is indeed what you said it is, then you're fine.

the time period for testing positive to MDMA depends on afew factors, i wouldnt just rely on the 72 hours. If you have a fast metabalisim your body will break it down quicker. the more frequent you take mdma or the longer you have been taking it will take longer for your body to break it down. also amount consumed and purity affects time too
. my advice mate is to 1. check out on the internet on how your body breaks mdma down ie in just liver or kidneys too like meth, with that knowledge go to your pharmacy and pick up some pills made by swiss or natures only etc that helps the organs that break it down, and 2.go to a pharmacy a drug test kit (make sure its australian standards), you want the one that has the cut off for mdma, meth at 300ug/l. test yourself after 3 days or when you need to be clean.
dex-amp will give a false positive for amphetamine or even methamphetamine if the urine test is the simple one using the dip cardboard into the urine. the proper gc/ms test that most workplaces will use will not give a positive for amphetamine or methamphetamine. the gc/ms test will show dex-amphetamine but as long as its priscribed (or below the cutoff levels) your ok.

Mines use an initial 5 panel (Coke, amp/meth, benz, thc, opi ) dip screening test (creatinine and temperature also checked). Non-negative samples are sealed and sent to a lab for confirmatory GC/MS.
