Just looked at the wikipedia page for Cimetidine - DO NOT CONSUME THIS PRIOR TO MDMA!!!!

In addtion, I've read that increased body acidity increase amphetamins (which MDMA is also) "extraction" to urine. That is, the stuff will leave your body faster.
