It's possible that they know it slightly inhibits the metabolism of MDMA, but I doubt it.
That's what I'm saying. It's the same reason why you find acetaminophen in there too.are you saying that they use the entire pill as a binder? because if thats so, that makes no sense. I know people who press tablets and binders/fillers are very cheap: around 10dollars per kg!
5-HT2 said:I don't think this is a good idea. Diphenhydramine has pharmacological effects other than it's putative SSRI properties, most prominently its antihistamine actions. It's definitely a dirtier drug than Prozac. Overdoses on diphenhydramine alone can be fatal, and the cause of death is commonly cardiac arrest or seizure, which are also two frequent causes of death in MDMA overdoses. Therefore, I'd conclude that this combination may not be safe, though of course dosage is everything. In any case, I think it is foolish to treat diphenhydramine as a substitute for SSRIs.
Could diphenhydramine be taken on the come down of a roll so as to help prevent neurotoxicity by inhibiting serotonin(dopamine) reuptake?

They pose their own risks and side effects, and at best would only be a partial solution. Limiting dosages, avoiding overheating and taking some antioxidants are probably much more useful tools.
(edit) The dopamine theory has been discredited.
i'm sorry but you make those meds sounds like they are horribly dangerous, ppl take them their whole life without a probTheDEA.org said:They pose their own risks and side effects,
