MDMA and Valium need answer ASAP

I was Wondering if its okay to take valium when coming down from MDMA ? the reasoon i am wondering becasue i typically have a hard time falling asleep. I take valium when i do cocaine to help me go to bed.

Taking two is fine but one is usually all that's needed for MDMA - hell, I usually fall asleep with MDMA alone.

start off small and if you need more, add another milligram or so after awhile. Valium isn't very potent for a benzo. There's little risk involved =)

I'm going to agree with Ayla V, take one, and see how you react. You may not need two, and then some other time in life you have a 10mg Valium waiting around for your next MDMA experience.

Valium is the drug of choice for a comedown. 10mg should be enough if you're not tolerant.

Weirdly enough, I don't have that many problems to go to sleep after a roll, much less than after a LSD trip.

Yea you should be good as long as you keep it for the comedown.
I'm sure you know this but its generally a bad idea to mix uppers and downers so don't take them at the same time. So yea, just keep it for the comedown.
