Hi everyone!
I'm going to a concert on the 4th of July (10 days) and am planning on rolling. I was on 10mg of Lexapro for a year, tapered to 7.5mg for a month, then 5mg for another month, and now am doing 2.5mg every other day for a month before I am fully done (slow taper discussed with my psychiatrist).
Because I'm on such a low dosage now, I am planning on not taking my Lexapro for at least a few days before the concert. Does anyone know how many days I should not take it in order to feel the full effects of the roll? For what it's worth, I actually feel better on the days where I don't take Lexapro.
If I was in the middle of taking Lexapro (like at 10mgs) I wouldn't consider rolling, but because I am at the tail end of my taper and only taking 2.5mgs every other day I am not worried.
