Hi all.

I ingested 2mg oxymorphone(Dilaudid) at 21:43, another 2 at 23:08, another 2 at 02:33, and a final 2 at 04:15ish, for a total of 8mg tonight.

I was nodding hard and nearly slipped out of conciousness, but caught myself at the last moment. I sat up in bed and had very labored breathing and was shivering.

My vitals are fairly regular, 18 breaths per minute and 100 beats per minute heart rate. However, I have to pretty much force myself to breath, just blinking causes me to nod off a little, and when I start to lose conciousness, I can feel my breathing get very very small and short and possibly even stop. My pupils are a half centimeter in diameter. I have trouble typing and keeping my eyes open.

I am a 135lb male. Have I taken too much? If not, can I go to sleep? If yes, what can I do to recuperate, and how soon can I sleep?

Thank you.

Quick internet suggest that 8mg hydromorphone dilaudid is equivalent to 50mg morphine , do you have a tolerance to opiates ? I'm guessing not if you can't keep your eyes open .
i recommend not sleeping have a long shower make sure your standing up to keep you awake.
