... here goes:
Might as well get this out in the open now so you can decide right away whether you want to greet me with a personal e-mail or avoid me like the plague lol. I have very few vices, but I fully immerse myself in those that I do have. That being said, I smoke crystal meth and actually made a conscious decision to go ahead and start doing it after I felt I was prepared. I wasn't! No regrets, but there are many things that I wish I would have known so I could have prevented some bad experiences early on.
I've found myself referring to this site and its candid yet generally open-minded forum contributers a number of times over the past few years. What a great resource! It is true that knowledge is power, and by being well-informed you have the power to decide if you want to do certain drugs or not, and if you do, you can learn how to do them as safely/responsibly as possible. Be that as it may, addiction may still win out, but by arming yourself with knowledge and a support network, the experience can be a positive one to grow from instead of the downward death spiral that the media would have us all believe. It's never too late to get help quitting something that is using YOU.
With resources like this, we can only blame ourselves if we choose to cross a line that we knew we shouldn't!
I look forward to participating in some spirited yet respectful discussions on this topic. Perhaps I'll change my outlook on it and quit in disgust or decide on the other extreme to indulge in ways I'd never considered before. As the saying goes, "genius borders on insanity". Yo. Write me

P.S. Although I label myself a meth user, its use made me realize that I am a sex addict. That's all I want to say about it right now. Be nice
