Testing with marquis gave me a fast orange>brown>dark purple reaction. Having looked over the message boards, I'm interpreting this to suggest there is some AMP in it, but also some MDMA. (question 1: is this correct?)

I have EZ-test complete, and I'm confused about which test to use now to get more information (e.g., about whether there is AMP in it or not). (question 2: what should my next step be?)

Thanks in advance for the help.

Honestly, by the way you describe it, I think the orange you speak of is the color of the reagent. Was it purple in about 20 seconds? The Marquis reacts a little slower than the Mecke, and orange as the end result means speed. If there was a little speed in them, the end result would be brownish. Oh, and when I say end result, I mean in about 15 to 20 seconds, not several minutes later.

Put a little of the reagent on a plate and look at the color. The Marquis has an orange tint to it. If you have the complete test, do both, the Mecke and Marquis. The Mecke is far more sensitive than the Marquis, so if the results are watery, you've got a combo pill. Remember, you are looking for a dark concentrated puddle, almost like an ink puddle. Watery results means someone slipped a little MDMA in your pill to trick you.

Do you have a picture? It's very hard to say much without one.

We retested using a bit more sample...and it turned that dark purple in about 3 seconds. I think it may have just been the reagent.

It was negative for Simon's so I think there wasn't any AMP in it.

Thanks for the help!
