Marquis Reagent Test Result?

Hello,
I'm really excited I finally got my hands on some MDxx!!!
I tested the substance and everything was normal Purple to Black but I noticed after it sat for a long time on the plate it looks like not all of the substance was disolved in the Marquis.
Does this mean anything? Or did I just use to much to test with?
I used 3 drops with a small crumble.
