It look alil more maroon compared to a mdxx reaction. Kinda looks like a heroin reaction.

Yea it is a little unusual. It could be a weak MDMA pill or a binding agent in the pill or something like that. If you don't have any other reagents(?) I would send it to a lab. What kind of pill is it?
