Marquis - Diffrence between purple & black

whats good everybody???


I have been testing pills for a long time with marquis and never knew is there a diffrence between purple reactions and black ones????

Why do some MDMA pills turn black and some turn purple??????
 
oooo I figured it was something like that.....wait if its jet black theres AMP??? i thought AMP was brown/orange....
 
Usually MDxx + Amp pills will flash brown and turn really jet black. If they are just amp, they just go bright orange. It's best to test under a good light, so you can see the color well. Usually with good MDxx, it will turn black, but under the good light you should see a slight tint of purple, kind of similar to the ink in a black ballpoint pen.

Its strange you saying that as the older marquis kits used to have a different colour/reaction chart.

^Good question - the kits havent changed but the colour chart that EZTEST supply has. So your guess is as good as mine.


If you have a read of this thread you may get a better idea of how to distinguish between MDA, MDMA etc
 
I was reading an article from MAPS that basically said the old chart was incorrect, and it was changed to the current one to be more accurate... If the old chart is correct, then the only MDxx pills I have tested have all been MDEA, which I know from experience they are MDMA..
 
A buddy of mine & myself were testing some pills and I have a question.

Any idea what an orange/brown color would be? Could it be something besides speed? The only reason I ask is because he took 1 1/2pills & it wasnt speedy at all.

Im comfused.

if it was the test kit doesnt lie....prob. such a lowwwww dose of speed/meth he didnt feel it.

Yes it was the marquis. Another thing.....we tested the same pill twice, then another pill twice again (same type of pill, he just grabbed a different one).

First pill, first test = strong brownish/orange color.

First pill, second test = it was like a yellowish/green color. More yellow than green..but it was sort of a weak reaction. It had some swirls of brown in it to.

Second pill testing was pretty much the same as above.

He took the pills last night & texted me saying this today....."they were good, nothing bad. Seemed like a mda-ish type buzz. Maybe 2c-?. Dizzyness, with some visuals. I slept pretty good".

I have no idea what to think about any of this lol.

Sounds like they aren't MDxx.

2C-x, DOx, another RC, a pipe, or a cocktail... but doesn't sound like MDxx at all
