Mental Health mania coming on,no hospital pls

I quit smoking weed 7 days ago and now I'm turning manic.
I stay up nights,have weird thoughts.people look at me,I have this wild stare now.

I was hospitalized in the late 90s for psychosis.
I pray this won't happen again.

I smoked weed everyday for so long I forgot about mental illness there for a while.
it's back.

it's 5:40 in California and I've been up all night listening to music.

If you feel this coming on and are concerned I think the best thing for you to do would be to go to a doctor ASAP.
