Cocaine Making/smoking crack off the same foil?

Feel free to move or close this if it's an inappropriate thread but I'm looking for some information on DIY crude crack making methods.

I remember reading a while back that if you mixed the components on a strip of foil and heated it until the reaction finishes, then you could spread the pasty/oily substance around on the foil, wait for it to cool, and then smoke it off the same foil using a straw to inhale the vapors. Does this work?

Also I have a few questions about the process itself. How can you tell when the reaction is finished? Should you be heating it until it bubbles significantly? I'm talking about small amounts here, no more than a line or two and a couple pinches of sodium bicarb. Also I've read the precipitate is supposed to float to the top but from what I've seen it will all rest on the bottom requiring you to scrape it off the surface it was heated on.

Technically this will work, but you will trap moisture between the freebase and the foil, making it hard to dry out. If it's not dry, it won't smoke properly, even then not so much cause it has bicarb in it. BTW, you won't need two pinches, maybe like half a pinch at most. It's "done" when it stops bubbling under gentle warming.

If you really do have just a couple lines, why not just snort it? Otherwise, you should make proper crack, it won't take any longer.

Hey, my friend has some experience with this, he says that the method you outlined works just fine, but has some tips to make it better/safer..

1) Use the shiny side of the foil
2) DON'T make the foil into a "V" shape, or leave it flat, the reaction works MUCH better when the foil is molded into a something that looks like a small bucket with a handle (a modified spoon shape)---this can be done by using the bottom of a Rx bottle as a mold to wrap the foil around---making the "bucket/spoon" part only about an inch or 2 deep
Also, try to keep the foil on the bottom of the "bucket" un-wrinkled, and a little depressed so it looks kinda like a soup bowl with high edges
3) Use DOUBLE the amount of cocaine hcl to cook w/ than you would snort in a regular line.
Yeah theoretically the reaction should work w/ any amount of cocaine hcl, but in realoity, its just much easier to work w/ larger amounts (I doubt it won't be used anyway!)
4) More baking soda is NOT better, too much actually ruins the reaction, and its always better to have to add more baking soda than it is to have to add more cocaine and water.
5)On a good piece of paper, crush up the cocaine as fine as possible, then add the baking soda to the pile and mix the two together well
Then dump contents into foil bucket w/ handle, trying to keep it all in one pile in the depressed center of the foil, then, add water drop by drop off of your fingers onto the pile. My friend says it will probably only take 3-6 drops to turn into a solution....you don't want a paste, but also don't want it very watery.
6). Gently apply heat until it bubbles/boils then stop immediately and stir with a paper clip, then continue heating and stirring until the mixture is dry.
7) Waiting about 5 mins b4 using is ideal but not necessary, and there ya go


TIPS:
DON'T use a straw, the plastic will melt and you'll be inhaling toxic fumes, pens or other objects are safer
Also, the shape of the foil bucket creates a sort of smoke vortex so that minimal vapors are lost, this does lead to increase chance of burning the freebase, but since your making essentially a single serving that's not really an issue
Lastly, go easy at first, its pretty easy to OD, take small hits until your more familiar w/ effects

Also, just don't do it, in the end it aint worth it....
