Opioids Making Oxycodone oral solution from Oxycodone Hydrochloride (OxyNorm capsules)

Hi all, so I have extra OxyNorm capsules worth of about 800mg and I want to make an oral solution/tincture for personal use out of it and I was thinking of using about 40ml tincture bottle to do this. As there is no need to crush any Oxycontin pills as Oxycodone Hydrochloride is already in powder form inside capsules I was wondering what is the best from make it most absorbable as taken in oral form? Should I just use normal purified water is best way to to just mixture in it or is there a way to make it more soluble in easy over the counter pharmacy liquids?

I've read from many sources that "Oxycodone hydrochloride dissolves in water (1 g in 6 to 7 mL). It is slightly soluble in alcohol (octanol water partition coefficient 0.7)". So is there any reason to add some alcohol to this? If this is the case what would the best alcohol volume% to do this?

Is there any methods in making it more soluble in water and thus making it more potent and not losing any effects Oxycodone Hydrochloride? I't won't clod/lump as I am mixing it to the water (or the preferred liquid to mixture it)? Any benefits from heating the liquid a bit or will it make it just worse?

I wan't to emphasize that I am NOT planning to use it IV form. I just want make oral solution/tincture out of the powder (Oxycodone Hydrochloride) that I get from OxyNorm capsules.

It will dissolve just fine in plain water if it's not a gel pill. Oxycodone is plenty soluble and 40ml will be more than enough to dissolve it all.

I would mix it in water then put it in one of those nasal spray bottles like Afrin or whatever, then just give yourself a squirt or 2 whenever your feelin frogy

The oxynorm tabs are very effective as they are so wondering why ya want to make it into a liquid solution?

I dont know how the oxynorm is in your country but im from sweden and our oxynorm is quite impossible to dissolve in water completely. The powder is kinda shiny, shimmering, crystaline and just wont dissolve in water and Will just clog any filter. When i have tried it has been ment for iv use which is impossible i think. But for oral, sure but if your pills behave like ours you will end up with lots of unsolved powder in your mixture. But if shaken well before use it may not be a problem Our oxycontin is still really easy to dissolve though!
