How may people have you corrupted???
I have corrupted about 16 people and they would have exposed the joys of E to a few of their friends I am sure.
The reason I ask this is because I corrupted a good friend of mine and the other night he came up to me and thanked me profusley (can someone do that???) for showing him the scene and all that other good stuff. Yesterday at Jeremey Healey, he said it was one of the best nights he's had and again he thanked me.
He was into hardcore (metal that is not happy hardcore :-) ) and he hated the music I listend to.
One day he asked me about it, what I liked about it. What do you say to a person who like to skank in a punk circle??? "Oh it is the touchy tingly feeling that it gives you", or "it just makes you want to dance and you feel so free". I would have been bashed. I knew I had a potential scalp (me and my friends are keeping score) so I told him that if he would just trust me and come out with me I would give him one and show him what makes it so fun.
He agreed, duna dunt dunt dunt - another one bites the dust.
I took him to Sublime and showed him the back room asit is close to the music he likes (hard and dark). He loved it, he is still in a band but he is also one of us, not just a metal head, I dunno, when he comes up to me and gives me a hug (yeah 2 guys hugging - if his band mates seen that we'd definatley get bashed LOL) and says thanks again, I just smile, it makes all the shit involed in organising a night (4 trips to the city to get tickets for Jeremey Healey I might add) worth while.

i have (with my fiancee's help) corrupted a handful of people. possibly 12 we turned into hardcore rollers. i wish i was as nice on my body as i made them be...... they will always have nicer rolls than me (for now) because their's are all well spaced out!
i have one friend too--- who thanks me every time for showing him "the light" or something like that. the love just radiates from him. it is very beautiful. i am glad that i shared such a beautiful thing with my friends.

i habe turned atleast 10 people to wonderful world of E,2 of my close friends met up wit me at a rave and they saw me about to take my beans and i asked them if they needed any and they reply "i will never touch that shit you are just a junky and they laughed" 5 mins later they come to me with 40$ and ask for 2 beans i'm thinkin hmmm... i got them there beans "old skool x-file

IT IS SO FUNNY HOW MANY PEOPLE WE'VE CORRUPTED! A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO A BUNCH OF US ROLLED UP IN TWO SUV'S TO A PARTY OUT IN L.A. IT WAS THE *CLOSEST* GROUP I'VE EVER PARTYED WITH... AMONG THE PEOPLE..... MY BROTHERS.... TWO COUSINS..... AND 3 OF MY CLOSEST FRIENDS! WHILE IN LINE ME AND MY BROTHER WERE LAUGHING ABOUT HOW WE CORRUPTED OUR FAMILY! THAT NIGHT WE WERE ALL ROLLIN HARD AND DANCIN' OUR ASSES OFF! THEN AFTER THE PARTY WE ALL SAT AROUND AND TALKED ABOUT HOW DESPITE SOME OF THE THINGS THAT WENT WRONG THAT NIGHT (WHICH IS AN ENTIRE DIFFERENT STORY!) WE ALL HAD A GREAT TIME WITH EACHOTHER. AFTER THAT I THINK WE ALL UNDERSTOOD EACHOTHER A LITTLE MORE..... IT IS FUNNY HOW ONE NIGHT CAN OPEN A PERSON'S EYES TO THINGS THEY NEVER KNEW WERE THERE!

After five years off Rolling I have lost count the amount of people I have corrupted but it would be close 25 .
I think corrupt is such a Harsh word I like to say that I have enlightened those 25 or so people . Wouldn't it be cool if It work like a pyramid scheme so that everyone you corrupted/enlightened would have to then give you a Bean and then everyone they corrupted/enlightened would have to send beans through etc... etc... etc.... . Wow most of us would never have to buy beans Again !!!!!!!

The only times I've shown newbies the 'light' I've given them massively strong pills and they've spewed, thus turning them off pills and clubbing forever...
Do you guys give newbies halves? I think I'm going to have to try that...

Did you drop a full pill on your first go, Pillcat? I don't think I was game to try a full pill until my third time or so...
My friend's & my policy has always been to start small & work up - we've only ever gone wrong when over-indulging. With your track record, I think you should make it your policy to give your newbies halves, too.

some thoughts on newbies:
1. if someone shows definite attraction to trying it after hearing about it, let them see you doing it first, then suggest to them what you think diff amounts do and see if they have questions or concerns (eg. will they look or act in a way that other people, their parents etc might get worried about).
2. suggest what amount they would *just notice* and what amount *could be too much*
3. respect their decision if they say no, but if you have the intuition they would really like it then tell them so, and then leave the ball in their court.
4. realise that it is not everyone's 'trip' and be open to the possiblity that people who haven't had it may be able to relate to your experiences anyway.

well i only rolled for the first time about a month and a half ago and I had 3 green mitsibishis, second roll was 2 weeks after and it was 3 green cu's and last weekend was 2 brains and half an 8 ball of wizz.....yet a couple of my friends who have been rolling for a while often spew on a full pill.....
I think some people must just cope with pills differently....hehe it also pisses my friends off that i haven't had one of the dreaded bad comedowns yet....get home go straight to sleep for 8 hours and wake up fine (apart from sore muscles from dancing

i feel like adding:
5. disregard all the previous advice if it's not useful at the time - COMMON SENSE (Everything) is the only Law that's always applicable to any situation, because all moral rules are prob. obvious in it.
