ooo I do this for a living, customer service for an internet based company, so I will give you the answer we give them:
We are not the post office, no one other then the post office is going to know what happened to your package. Often times there are delays due to weather or human error that can impact the packages delivery. There is also the fact that an "urgent package" can be delivered by a postal worker in an urgent package van and not the normal delivery vehicle, I have seen it in my JWH days the only time i ordered over night and paced about the house waiting for it.
But unless you have a tracking number to call and find out about it you will have to wait. I also closed this thread for the "we are not the post office" reason. Good luck. P.S. no need to freak out yet the post office is full of people who probably consider themselves under paid and do not see the extreme need as you do and are dragging their feet.
