Stimulants Magic is gone... Adderall and Dexedrine no longer work?

I haven't touched my prescription for a while. The only stimulants I was doing occasionally was 4FA and 4MEC in dosages of 20-100mg usually closer to the lower end, MXE pretty often, Tramadol pretty much daily. I tried some of my meds recently and it just made me feel nauseous and sick. I tried my good 'ole Dexedrine and I felt my heart hurting. I tried my IR Adderall and it felt like a comedown after like 2 hours of being awake and sweaty.

These were low doses as well, probably 5-7mg each time. Is there an interaction that I'm missing? The Adderall and Dexedrine feel terrible to me now.
 
Hmm, I would say dose up but due to the side effects (heart pain? way way bad) I would say don't touch the stuff. Heart damage scares me to death. Maybe it's time to part ways with dex-amp.
