Misc Lyrica/Neurontin with Blood Thinners

Does anyone know if there are any complications with mixing bloodthinners (for a blood clot in the lungs) and pregbalin/gabpentin?

Also, do you know if in Lyrica in any situation could cause leg pains

Being a regular user of Lyrica, I would say that it doesn't produce any complications with bloodthinners. You could be on the safe side asking a pharmacist or a doctor.
 
Regular user of Lyrica myself, too; Have read several pregabalin contraindication lists/documents and have yet to run across bloodthinners (anticoagulants) as one of them.

A google search for 'pregabalin + anticoagulants' returned no contraindications as well.

For the most complete answer, check with your doctor, though, obviously.
