Of the many times I have abused adderall or ritalin over the years, probably about 50% of the time after an all-nighter my throat hurts and I end up getting a mild lung infection that lasts 2-4 days. It doesn't require medication or anything and it's totally worth doing it anyway, but is there a reason behind this? My guess is that it has to do with stimulants having anti-histamine properties since all my mucus disappears when I do this stuff, and that's like the first line of defense for the immune system.

You can't really use amphetamines without having opiates and antibiotics handy, and I mean 3 different antibiotics. Causes all sort of crap from dehydration etc.
Like, I woke up one morning, I was peeing brown shit...I had urinary infection. I was like what the dick? I thought only women had these. Took amoxicillin and 2 hours later the urine went from brown to white, to colorless.
No matter how much water you drink to stay hydrated, no matter how careful you are, shit always happens you can't avoid it.
