I heard there was an interaction with these drugs. if so what is the interaction?

Zopiclone and diphenhydramine are both sedating, so you may end up over-sedated (good if you want to sleep though!)

This site
says that is the only interaction.. I can't think of anything else off the top of my head, but it is 4am here..

If you are taking high-dose diphen to trip then a) DON'T and b) the zopiclone could potentially make it a lot weirder, I imagine..

Alright. because I heard they chemically (together) produce more flow of dopamine (although i dint believe that)

I speak out of ignorance when I say, that makes no sense.

Lunesta is Eszopiclone (the active isomer of zopiclone)

Either way, they are both sedating (personally 6mg lunesta didn't put me to sleep, neither did 125mg benadryl)
But mixing downers and downers, or uppers and uppers... Are usually a bad thing...

Example, benzodiazepines are very hard to die from by themselves
BUT when taken with another CNS depressant like the opioid Oxycodone... Respiratory depression becomes much easier

could be quite wrong here:
I don't believe any of those 3 drugs has significant dopamine interaction.
- zopiclone is Gaba-ergic (selectively targeting GABA_A_alpha1)
- DPH is an H1 Antagonist
- ibuprophen is a NSAID (its pharmacology is a more complex mechanism but again no direct dopamine influence) [more complex then just saying it targets receptor x rather it works an an enzyme inhibitor]

I'd say you're safe as long as you don't take an excess of any one of those 3. Ibuprophen can be harsh on your stomach/liver. Mixing sedatives can be bad news bears if you over do it. so start out slow.

Correct me if I'm wrong but diphenhydramine isn't actually a CNS depressant is it? It is sedating but I don't think there would be any dangerous interactions between the three (or positive ones for that matter) Worst case scenario, you'll fall asleep... Unless you're taking a huge dose of dph, but yeah, don't do that...

I'm pretty sure the whole dopamine releasing effect was bs. But I have heard that Diphenhydramine and Eszopiclone do have an interaction that makes you more sedated. I dont mean this by Benadryl sedates you and lunesta sedates you but that they have some kind of chemical reaction.

Not that I am aware of; again I could be quite wrong; but they are sedatives in totally different manners (H1 antagonism vs. GABA_A_alpha1 agonism)

So yes they interact in the trivial sense in that sedative A + sedative B = more sedation. But other than that I am not aware of any pharmacological interaction between the two drugs.

edit - I guess Lunesta (s-zopiclone isn't designed to be as selective to alpha 1 compared to other z-drugs, so it actually acts as an agonist at essentially the fill spectrum of alpha receptor subtypes like most benzos do.) (still doesn't change my above argument)
