The chart here says

Eszopiclone 3mg = Zopiclone 15mg = Zolpidem 20mg

But, uh, Zopiclone is 50% Eszopiclone...

So it is saying Eszopiclone 3mg = Eszopiclone 7.5mg?

This isn't making any sense

I'm also, by the way, on 3mg Eszopiclone... doesn't seem to even feel like 5mg Zolpidem to me...

in the usa 3mg Eszopiclone is the maximum dosage that a doc will rx (usually); its the max recommened dosage.

I believe that you are correct, 3mg Eszopiclone (brand name Lunesta), is equivalent to 7.5mg of Zopiclone (the racemic mixture)

IIRC 20mg Ambien is rather high in terms of what dosage they normally start you with so it would make sense that the upper level dosage of Lunesta is equivalent to a high dosage of Ambien but that is far different from how you will actually react to those two dosages.

Everyone reacts a bit different to the Z-drugs. For me 20mg Ambien barely put me asleep and wouldn't keep me asleep. Lunesta worked better but in the end still wasn't worth while. Regular benzos (Temazepam and Clonazepam have worked far more)
