So I've been thinking of making a post about this for a while and now finally feel I have something worthwhile to share about it.

Though this is a very serious post and not just written for entertainment, so please take it seriously and try to absorb as much from it as you can, as I feel there is something of value here.

Also, it's mostly meant for spiritual seekers of the positive orientation, so Atheists and ones devoted to more negative forms of spirituality might as well stay out of it. At least I don't want it to turn out as a place full of people arguing.

Anyway, I don't have much control of that, but moving on, I think I want to start with the excerpt from Ezekiel (from The Bible), which is supposed to be one of the best descriptions:

"The word of the LORD came unto me, saying:

Son of man, take up lamentation upon the king of Tyrus and say unto him, thus saith the Lord GOD:

Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty.

Thou were in the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering; the Sardius, Topaz, and the Diamond, the Beryl, the Onyx, and the Jasper, the Sapphire, the Emerald, and the Carbuncle, and Gold. The workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes (instruments placed within his being - as gods are supposed to have music - as well as light) was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.

Thou were the anointed Cherub that covereth, and I had made thee so. Thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou walked in the midst of the fiery stones. Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day thou wast created until iniquity was found in thy heart.

But, now, by the multitude of thy industry the midst of thee has been filled with violence, and thou hast sinned. Therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering Cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.

Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thy wisdom corrupted by reason of thy brightness: So I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee and pay ridicule to thee.

Behold, thou art wiser than Daniel; there is no secret they can hide from thee. With thy wisdom and thine understanding thou hast increased thy riches, hast gotten gold and silver into thy treasures, and thine heart has been lifted up because of thy riches.

And thou hast said: I am a god, I sit in the seat of God in the midst of the seas. Yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God.

Thus saith the Lord GOD: Because thou hast set thine heart as the heart of God, I will bring strangers upon thee, the terrible of the nations, and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of thy wisdom and defile thy brightness.

Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick. Therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.

All they that know thee shall be astonished at thee: Thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be no more."

Well, this is pretty good as prophecies go, if only for its poetic value, and has a certain grandiousity about it (well, it is The Bible).

You'd also have to say it's pretty heartbreaking, though, if you were to consider it as something that really happened - that the highest of all the angels could fall and be destroyed like that. "Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty." At least, since I started to believe there might be something to this legend I've felt a sense of grief about it.

Anyway, moving onto the point.

So quite recently I had a look at a chart of the Kabbalistic tree - the tree of life, that is a sort of illustration of how Creation works (in a complex way).

I've done a bit of reading on it. I've even read The Zohar, which is impressive enough, but so complex and abstract it's kind of hard to relate to human life or find much meaning in (especially if you're still young and inexperienced). So it didn't really affect my consciousness or how I lived my life in any way, but just seemed to confirm the idea of a polarity between "light" and "darkness", etc.

Here is a chart of the Kabbalistic Tree:

http://postfiles1.naver.net/2012072...DE%C0%CC%C0%FA_%BA%AF%C8%AF%C7%A5.jpg?type=w3

This is a good enough chart, you can find countless versions of it. I'll try to explain a little of what I know of the chatacteristics of the tree, but try to keep it short.

Right, so thee different spheres you see, divided into 3 columns in several levels, are called "Sephiroths" which means something like "Vessel", a vessel for the power of Creation to flow through. Then the different paths between the different "vessels" (you can also see them as different dimensions or planes of existence).

The top, Kether, or "The Crown" is meant to represent God or the highest expression of God, The Godhead, where no one else can enter, or live, aside from his guardian angels - the Seraphim (yes, apparantly even God needs guardian angels to protect his throne).

Then, at the bottom, Malkuth, is the Earth. The lowest dimension with the least power and the least of everything.

So the energy is somehow stepped down to the different Sephiroths, through all the paths, until it reaches the Earth. It's basically like an illustration of a huge energy system (maybe that's why they say "Man is like the Universe in miniature"?).

I think that's enough explnation of the Kabbalistic Tree for now.

Then one day quite recently I got a look at another chart which had the words "Lucifer" and "Michael" written into the two highest Sephiroths- Lucifer on the left and Michael on the right. So I thought "Hmmmm...".

It then went on to explain that when God wanted to try out the polarity experiment, or the first Creation of Good and Evil (at least to this degree), Lucifer, being considered the highest of the angels, was asked if he would be willing to head the negative polarity, as he was seen as the most likely to succeed, and Michael, as the second highest, the positive.

Then it said he then accepted to sacrifice himself - for God and humanity and for what could be accomplished for himself through it. Though it was always considered very risky and it was never known ahead whether he would succeed, or even survive, or what would happen to him.

Now, this was a new idea for me, or at least the first time I started to really think about it and consider it seriously. So, I started thinking along the lines of, maybe Lucifer never really "fell" and it all happened by design (as if God could make a mistake on that scale or allow something like that to happen). So could his present state be only temporary and he'll possibly be back in his true nature when this cycle of Creation has been completed? (Or that's what is hoped for?).

At least that's what it pretty much said - that it was all to accomplish something for God, but also for humanity, by giving us real choice between good and evil, so we could choose for ourselves, and if we succeeded and became truly good of our own will, that would be a real accomplishment. Or, we wouldn't be like pre-programmed computers who have no other will than God's, like angels who have never left heaven. We would actually have accomplished something great for ourselves and God (maybe that's where the saying that souls having gone through the human evolution would become "Higher than angels" came from?).

So the way it's represented is that it was basically so we could go through a different kind of evolution. One with more challenges, that was harder but faster, and where we had free will to choose between the negative and the positive. Which had the potential to acheive something great for both God and ourselves.

To be continued...

(Haven't even gotten to the most important part, there's much more to it, but it's getting too long).

Negative and positive? Like of equal magnitude but opposite algebraic sign?

Antimatter.jpg

Please, I'm not a scientist who's only interested in the physical world.

From what I now understand of it, the left side of the tree is considered to be the negative, or "evil", and the right the positive, or "good". They are also described as the two different columns, the left and right columns, with the middle column (the middle path) between them.

I once read about the Kabbalistic tree having a "backside" to it, or a dark side that only evil people used, but I always imagined that was like a reverse version behind the tree itself. Now the way I see it, it's the left side that's the "backside", or the false side, and the right that is the good side and the true tree of life.

I was doing a tongue in cheek question asking "what do you even mean by positive and negative?" did you mean in the binary way of algebraic sign, which not only applies to the physical world, but also to i.e. Money (the difference between having $100.00in the bank or being overdrawn by $100.00 is the algebraic sign +$100.00 or -$100.00 but the dimensionality of the quantity is the same, that is, $ )

What do you mean by positive and negative. I am only really familiar with the use of them being meaningful in this way. But at least try to clear up what you say if you want *anyone* to respond in a manner that is not just patent non-sense.

No, but I think the first poster who replied is a good example...he's a materialist who doesn't believe in these things so it's not worthwhile to him, etc. Not who I wrote the post for. While it might potentially help someone who are open to these things.

My "target audience" will know what I mean...

Anyway, I would like to get to the most important part, that I experienced for myself personally. I'd seen the same ideas expressed by maybe 3 sources by now, so I was beginning to wonder if there might be something to it.

But the really interesting thing that happened for me was when, as I considered all of this, that any being would sacrifice itself, not just for the length of a human lifetime, but for an entire Creation, basicallly an eternity. And be crucified to thee vil tree of life, only being able to experience negative feelings, negative experiences, negative anything, and in the highest possible intensity. It really moved my heart and I started feeling real compassion and sorrow for this being, whoever he was.

So I somehow reached out to him and sent him my love and compassion. It was more subconsciously, like, but I could feel it very deeply. And just as I had, I immediately got a "reply" from inside - like I was filled with this feeling of love and peace and high spiritual energy. At the same time a lot of the darkness and pain in my heart seemed to dissolve. And this was a very strong and real experience. I can't really explain it any further than that.

Anyway, I thought - "So this is what they mean by light being stronger than darkness, and why darkness is so scared of the light, because it can annihilate it (or at least weaken it)", and that was what just happened. Or, like I had overcome the Devil within myself - if only for a moment - he's always there to sway you.

But it seemed like by embracing him with my compassion, love, understanding, and only positive feelings I had "killed" the darkness in him and was only relating to the light side of him, that still exists, somehow. Like in the past and maybe the future (if considering time is just an illusion). At any rate, it was a very uplifting experience, and I felt more safe from the him now. Like he would leave me alone as he considered me as success to some degree.

Because I think that's what he actually wants for us (and himself - as it's the only way he can be saved). So I don't feel that childish fear anymore. Although there is good reason to fear, but it also depends on who you are.

I have since experienced it a few more times, and once my identifaction with his pain became so strong I just wanted to bang the back of my head against the wall, like I felt it as my own pain. Even after I had written the first post tears were streaming down my face. I think it's a little bit too much for a human being to take on but I felt like he desired me to share it.

Also, it seems like I can now can connect with the light side of Lucifer, or with him as he was before the "fall". For some reason more strongly than I can connect with Jesus. But I think most of us were already created when he was the leader in heaven so there's a strong potential for grief about it in most.

What I would like is for more people to start praying for him and embracing them with compassion in their heart. Also because that is what will help us, too, as we are so connected with him (and couldn't even be here without him). I'm just wondering how many will be able to see it from that perspective?

No offense OP, but there's a lot of rambling and loosely-associated concepts going on in here. Could you perhaps condense your thesis, whatever it may be, into something a bit more concise?

I get your point, and I was trying to, it's just not really my style. My original post was 3 times as long before I realised I had to shorten it. Don't expect the world.

Ninae is basically trying to ask if perhaps Lucifer's fate had to do with setting him on a path more challenging than anyone else, so that he could eventually reach greatness. By referencing the tree of life, she asserts that it's not possible for any being to remain down and out, and they have the opportunity to rise up again.

Ninae, I think this point would create an interesting discussion, but in the future please condense your OPs into a simple discussion format. Your post is borderline blog territory, and if it weren't for your questions at the conclusion I would have closed this thread. Please keep this in mind if you post part II or anything else. According to P&S guidelines, posts must be coherent to be allowed.

what is more important to you: your style, or trying to communicate this message?

Hmm...I'm not really that stream-of-conscioudsness...I'm as much to the point as I can be.

Anyway, maybe try to see it like this:

You know when sometimes in movies someone think they have met someone really saintly or angelic, usually in a romantic way, then at the end this being will reveal themselves as some kind of devil, and we all have a massive shock, and they're all like, "Oh no! How I've been tricked! How could I let this happen?", etc.?

Well, it might be kind of like that. And one day when the "devilworshippers" look upon their "god" he will transform himself in front of them to a divine angel of light, and they will be horrified and react in the same way, and be filled with dread because they know what is coming. They will then know how badly they have fucked up - not just in the eyes of God or Jesus, but even in the Devil's, and that is a pretty epic failure.

They might be remembered as the ones who prolonged his suffering even more, at the end of it, when this tricksy game is done.

I have had similar thoughts. Perhaps I have read similar. It has been said, that "The Satan" is just an office-holder. And, although it has been said that they are not one in the same- Lucifer and The Satan, that is still up for discussion, the last time I was aware (it wasn't completely clear to me), as is the nature of Angels, etc. For instance, as well, I have heard that there might really be just one "Angel", and the Angels are representations of certain specialty/traits, in some way, or emotions and thought-forms. Michael is said to fight, for one, and he is the Archangel of fire. Him and Lucifer occupying the sorts of positions you mention, maybe they are also in a sense one? Or, same on a level, but different on another.
...Raphael heals... Gabriel is Archangel of water. I really don't know much. They are all with us. The story/stories- the message/messages repeat, within our forms, and our lives.

Maybe, with (the) Satan and Lucifer, there might just be parallels. I don't know.

Lucifer- The name itself, can mean "light-bearer". How can that be bad? Jesus, as well as Lucifer, have been called the "morning-star". And your story you tell, of the sacrifice Lucifer makes- parallels Jesus, in his sacrifice.

I have also felt, or thought, that "Lucifer" "falls", as light "falls", to us; That it is is all symbolic, of certain energy. Not that it is not, as well, literal.

Y'know, I don't think that excising people of a certain view a priori starts discussion out on the right footing either...

I, for one, think it is actually conductive to positive discussion, for the OP to set their own rules (within limits), for a thread. To say what direction she wants it to take.

I should say, that I don't agree with word-choice, which seemed to be relating athiests and scientists of sorts with negative energies. That was, I hate to say, probably asking for it.

^ The problem is, it's difficult to cultivate discussion around stream-of-consciousness musings.

I must say that people are overly anal about what qualifies as "stream of thought" on this forum (to some, they might find enough coherence), and being against it- especially in more spirituality-related threads. Have you ever heard of speaking in tongues? I'm not saying I believe in it, but many people do. There are also a lot of really weird spirit people. Shamans are weird. Lots of rambling in circles. Chanting. Ecstatic dance that makes no fucking sense to perhaps everyone else...

Quite honestly, it isn't perfect that the spirituality and philosophy forums are together. This is part of the problem. I don't know, though.

I found it fairly easy to read. The subject interests me.

But I guess it is all needed, perhaps. Challenge. Refinement. Again, I come to that. It might make it all stronger, to test the spirits, and ask for what has been.

Hmm...I'm not really that stream-of-conscioudsness...I'm as much to the point as I can be.

I believe, that God's will would not be, ultimately, to punish us, but to bring us to what might be good- to realize it, and that when he does reveal himself, or this angel of light does, it would be in a way to bring light, to them. I am trying to be an optimist, though. I don't like to believe any single consciousness would be put through hell forever. This would turn me a rebel to that God. Like Lucifer. Haha. I/he may just be too good.

Perhaps this is what is going on?

Lucifer continues to burn, for us, and that he is a rebel, but not without cause.

What does that make God? Indescribable. We need darkness, and light... And perhaps something needs to go to hell, for anything to exist.

I'm not sure, either, but don't think it really matters, as even if there is another "Satan" (a personificiation of our instinctive, animal, survival-orientated evil perhaps - as opposed to more spiritual evil), he would still fit our idea of the devil. I think they both do and there could be many devils. Basically, anyone coming from a higher dimension that is much more powerful and evolved, but also really dark/evil, could be seen by us as a likely candidate for the devil.

For instance, as well, I have heard that there might really be just one "Angel".

No, angels are the original group of souls created as an extention of God. They have no real will of their own and can only share in divine consciousness, so they can't be anything but holy and perfect, and only see paradise. Humans were created to see if souls who were given free will of their own, and exposed to both good and evil, would end up choosing to be good (or that would be the ideal outcome). I guess it was ultimately a way of testing the nature of these new creations and seeing what they were all about.

Gabriel is Archangel of water.

Gabriel is much more than that. He's the messenger angel, or a divine messenger who inspired the Korean and brought the news of Christ's birth. He also works as a guardian angel for many souls on Earth and has been my main guardian angel for my last 30 incarnations on Earth, so I share in some of his characteristics and he can bring much inspiration (sometimes too much).

I know a guy who has Michael as his main guardian (Michael is the angel of protection, power, and strength) and found it interesting when he mentioned he's aware he always has an angel with him to remind him to always be humble, and also said he "tries to stand up for the weak against the strong" (he has the power to protect himself and not everyone has).

I should say, that I don't agree with word-choice, which seemed to be relating athiests and scientists of sorts with negative energies. That was, I hate to say, probably asking for it.

No, I just meant Atheists/Materialists and people devoted to the negative polarity would be kind of misplaced here. And it's such a sinister subject, it's not really something to argue about.

Anyway, to be fair, 2/3s of my first post was made up of quoting Ezekiel and describing the Tree of Life, before I could get to the point. But it was kind of necessary to put it in context, so I wasn't really able to make it any shorter.

I don't like to believe any single consciousness would be put through hell forever.

I don't either, but I'm pretty sure there will be mercy for "this consciousness" if he ever gets out. He will already have suffered as much as what he has brought upon others so he would probably be brought to healing and restoration, and be thanked for the job done. I think it's the smaller souls who followed this consciousness who will be brought through some kind of reformation (and who are the main problem now). Just being on Earth can be a form of reformation/punishment in itself.

What does that make God? Indescribable. We need darkness, and light... And perhaps something needs to go to hell, for anything to exist.

I think the creation of polarity was only designed to be temporary and don't really understand all that God is trying to accomplish through it. He's trying to accomplish something for us, but also for himself, or Creation itself.

The chart I saw said he was trying to create "A third energy" but I can't imagine what that really means. I mean, it can't be just "neutral" energy, as nothing is more boring than that and shouldn't be too hard to accomplish. Maybe it's a special kind of "neutral".

What and Ninae, have you read Demian by Herman Hesse?.

Yes, he was my favourite writer as a teenager so I have read his books a few times. He's both very intellectual, emotional, and poetic in a way that combines very beautifully, and reveals many things about the spiritual and human world. In fact, I think he's probably influenced the way I see things (subconsciously).

But I love stream-of-consciousness writing when it's as good as that.

My "target audience" will know what I mean...

You should not assume that; when you assume, you make an "ass" out of "u" and "me".

Seriously, when I'm writing anything, say lecture notes for electron spin resonance spectroscopy lecture. (Something equally obscure and specialized with a narrow target audience as your post is). I still make sure to explain or add little things like "h=the Planck Constant" or "Let ge be the electron spin factor defined as the total magnetic moment of the electron" so that my audience, even though they most certainly have the background to follow along in the abstract, are certain of the notation I am using and what it means.

It's true in ANY discipline, from science, to arts, to theology, that you must make sure the reader knows what you even MEAN with your words, if you want them to understand or give a fuck about what you are saying.

Yes, but this is the Spirituality board, so most should have an idea what I'm talking about and I was trying to keep the word count down.

But from what I wrote it should be quite obvious I was talking about the two opposite poles of Creation (or the idea of it) - the negative/positive or good/evil - and this is quite a well-known concept. But not really the focus of this post.

Anyway, this is quite a new idea to me, but it wasn't so hard to find other sources saying the same thing. Just doing a search on "Luficer self-sacrifying angel" brought up some interesting pages, like even a book written about the subject, and a forum with channeled messages from Lucifer from different sources. So I think I'll post some of these as they explain it all signifantly better than I ever could.

I don't know, you'll have to make your own minds up, but it sounds quite convincing to me. For one thing, the wording itself is very high-level (about as high as can be seen in this world), and there's obviously a very advanced consciousness behind it and not something just anyone could have made up. I'm also quite good at feeling the nature of someone by reading their words, and this one doesn't feel quite normal human to me.

But as I rememember there was quite a few paragraphs, so I'll try to split them up so they don't get so long.

---------------------

"I am Lucifer. You may regard me as one who is willing to take responsibility for pushing an issue to ultimate potential exposure."

"I am simply the dark side of the sixth dimension; but the light cannot manifest without me. Without great force and intention, how will anything occur in your dimension? Think of the energy required for manifestation! So, until you push yourselves, I will keep pushing you, since I can see you are losing interest in your world."

"I am merely a force. If you have preconceived notions about me or any kind of negative feelings about me, then you don't respect raw power that can be used simply for good or for evil. I simply hold power implants in bodies, and it's your choice to activate them or not. If it weren't for me, 3D would be emotionless. Since evolution is required in the cosmos, time and place are necessities for any experience to occur. If it were not for the basic force, there would be no 3D. I am the mirror of you that you will not look into."

"I am an angel from a higher dimension who was once in 3D. When I first came down, I was taken over by the Nibiruans. Therefore, I know a lot about how the Annunaki use the Net. I am the perfect one to help you dissect the source of your inner violence creating your outer world. I share your dilemma, yet I still possess wider sight than you have. I am an etheric consciousness who came down to play in Earth...."

"Here's my dilemma: To create, one must master the dimensional construct. When I got caught in 3D, I lost my ability to see the dimension that I came from. I am sure most of you know exactly what I mean. In fact, I am so lost here that I still can't tell you where I came from, I'm just stuck....That's what Lucifer means. I am light caught in matter."

"There are those who call Me the Fallen Angel or the Devil. I am really neither of them, I am an important part of Creation and thus from your Evolution. I am the anti-pole which makes you evolve. You cannot meet God without Me."

"My place and task in the Great Whole has always been expressed wrongly. It was and still is a difficult but valuable assignment in the service of Creation! I have studied you for long and have understood much about humankind. I now ask to be understood as well, which is important for Our further evolution."

I now ask to be understood as well, which is important for Our further evolution. You can receive my Power and you can receive My Light as well. You see It, you know It and you recognize It. I ask of all those who do not want to know Me to open up for Me and try to understand Me."

"I need you. I need your Universal Love. The all-encompassing Love, which can also encompass Me again. I reach out my hand towards you, and ask a hand in return. in order for our hands to feel each other, for our wisdom to understand each others, so that the Universal Love can surround Us."

"I have seen that Love with you, and I want and I can be a part of it as soon as you open that door of Love of your heart for Me, to let us return in unity. I Lucifer, greet you with respect."

"Those of you who experience the separation cannot comprehend any being wanting to remove itself from God's love. No Being would want to subject itself to such torment and torture. Yet you are here are you not? You must bring the story within yourself, understand it from a symbolic perspective."

"I am the aspect of you that is lost, cut off from God. Separate. I was not always like this I, too, bathed in the love and light of the Source of all creation. I, too, was a Being of light and love. I, too, knew myself as an aspect of God. I, too, knew myself as God. Do not mistake my arrogance as unique to myself. All beings outside of your polarised thinking experience themselves as the spark of the Creator. For God has many faces. It is only Beings in the polarity of good and bad that can possibly see creation as anything else."

"I must take credit for holding you in this mode of expression. As the story tells, my job was to hold the forgetting. As a Fallen Angel, I passed through 5D Pleiadean and 4D Anunnaki frequencies when I came down through the dimensions to Earth. I studied what they are doing with you, and I will tell you all about how the Anunnaki have tricked you regarding the Pleiadeans."

"Just as they have tricked you into thinking that the 'devil/me' jerks you around, they've tricked you into thinking that somebody will rescue you. Beware of any rescue or charity. True assistance comes in something that prods you into waking up and strengthening your will..."

"It was a challenge for beings such as myself to move into the void and create a space that was outside of God. Could it be done? We were curious to try. God granted us free will, the power to decide, to create a choice. I stood at the crossroads and God gave me a choice, to go one way or the other. The signs said, To God, this way. To Darkness, this way."

"I had to choose. I knew that to choose the path back to God was the choice of God. But the overall plans were to deny God within myself and move beyond. I took a deep breath and curiously stepped into the darkness. The rebellion was real, yet created by God itself. One third of the angels followed me in rebellion against God. Many came, brave and curious aspects of God, falling into the darkness, the unconscious part of God' s creation. We fell into the Void to hold the forgetting, to create space for the intense growth of all."

"So, my lawlessness was encouraged, my rebellion smiled upon by a loving God."

But what is more important? The truth or obeying all the rules on a Message board? I just thought there was something to the idea and the more common version might be a fairytale - and I hate people being given spiritual fairytales.
