LSD - 5 hits
Last night I decided to take 5 hits of LSD. This was my 6th time tripping on acid. The most I had ever
taken was 3, which I did twice. The second time I ate 3, I decided that I would save the rest of mine
until my birthday weekend, which is in May. I know that I wont be able to find acid in the summer, but
thats the best time to trip outdoors. I have also never tripped alone before.
So last night I decided I should eat 5 all by myself.
I had the 5 hits in my mouth at 10:10 p.m. By 10:24 I first sensed it, but it was very weak. I knew I
was in for something intense. I chose not to smoke any pot until an hour and a half into the trip,
because I wanted to experiene a hard acid comeup in a clear mind. By 10:50 I realized I was already
tripping hard. I turned on my 4 blacklights so by the time I was fully tripping, I would just have to
turn off a light instead of turning on 4. I have 15 blacklight posters on my walls, big colored stars on my
ceiling, and I used an 800 piece star sticker set all over too. This really set the mood.
I had already broken up my weed before hand, because I knew that on 3 hits I had difficulty cleaning pot.
I packed a bowl, and as soon as I finished it, I started hallucinating hard. Yy carpet had the colors
looking like I could see a moving girl on a boat, and she pushed off and sailed away from me.
Earlier that day, I downloaded the full dark side of the moon soundtrack. I put that on, and thats when
everything went crazy. I lied on my bed, staring at the posters on the wall, and everything looked
dripping wet. Every time I would look at a different poster, it looked as if it had a bucket of black
ooze splashed on it. It was awesome. I started to feel not in my own head anymore. That album is like
a train ride when youre tripping. I realized that the hallucinations on my posters matched up with
the music. The energetic parts had the visuals going crazy, but then there were times when the music
had everything dulled down a bit, and my thoughts changed direction. I remember lying there, feeling so
content with just staring at my posters and having the deepest thoughts I'd ever had. I could feel the
music, and every guitar string he pulled, I would visualize it and feel it shoot electricity through
my body (especially on certain parts in "Time"). The albums mood matched up with my thoughts perfectly,
and when the music was over, I felt like I had lived an entire lifetime. Dark Side of the Moon is an
emotional roller coaster ride.
I had bought some starburst earlier in the day, because that is my favorite thing to eat while tripping.
The intense tropical juice is just out of this world, and mixed with the music, it's sensory overload. Unforunately, I got a bad package because they all
had a hard outer shell on them. They were still delicious, they just didn't have the great texture that
I love about them when tripping.
My favorite thing about the hallucinations was how intensely precise they are. It was as if I could see
1,000 little lines in every square inch, not matter how far away I was. The colors on everything were
changing brightly, and I could see my fan on my ceiling spinning out of the corner of my eye. It was shut off
though. I saw many shadows on my ceiling, including my ceiling fan spinning. I could see every single
little star in my room. Believe me, they are small. Last night I noticed every single one of them had
their own place and glowed brightly. I could see clouds of color hovering over me on my ceiling. One of
my favorite things was how I felt as if i could control the visuals to do basically whatever I wanted
them to do.
The only part of the night I didn't like was going to the bathroom. Whenever I left my room, paranoia hit
me hard. I could sense people in my living room, and even in the bathroom watching me take a piss. When
I would walk from my room to the bathroom and back, I could see lights flashing all over in my dark
living room, and this was a bit frightening. Also, I've always had a subconcious fear about the girl from
the movie "The Ring", and when I was in the bathroom, I could sense her touching my shoulder there as well. I
didn't let it get to my head though, as I knew how to prevent bad trips.
I would have to say that this trip was the most amazing, mystifying experience out of all my drug encounters.
I'm glad I ate them, I'm glad I ate them alone, and I'm glad I read up on acid before I took it the first
time, because I learned to respect it and I got a lot out of it. Eating acid with a friend is definitely
an experience, as you bond like never before, but this trip was definitely my best yet. It seems like
it will be high doses for me and I plan to experience larger doses whenever I can find some more acid.
All I have is 3 hits left, and those I WILL save for my b-day weekend. Thanks for reading.
