I seem to metabolise it fast anyway I REALLY NEED TO GET DOWN TO MY NORMAL 50MG DOSE
unfortunately extended doesnt work unless it does and my mind not telling me does 20mg release like 2odd mg a hour,, or is there a first release then a second release, because my friends mum nods off one 40 not crushed after 4 years of taking them still.
I have smashed bare opiates methadone oxy morphine surprisingly I NEVER ENJOYED HEROIN , I never really enjoyed morphine only for first 2 hours then bad depression.
Same with oxy but always felt worth it.
Anyway I didnt have any methadone for 6months when i cut down on the oxy ive had it once in three months now , but I have had odd 2 days of taking like 100odd mg oxy a day.
I really struggle I take say ten mg feel fine for 3 hours then im rattly again.
If I just take one 20 not crushed then the rest instant how long till i should stop halfing the other twenty into two ten mg doses.
my doctor says it takes a few days to get used to a new opiate tolerance, he has no idea how much opiates I can take he knows ive taken more than I ahould before.
