Who besides me takes a low dose of methadone for pain? Please share your tale! I am on 5mg 3X daily. It's quite good by the time I take the 3rd pill I generally get 2-4 hours of very manageable neck pain. How about you? I am always trying to potentiate on long days at work, and have found that cimetidine plus white grapefruit juice and aleve pretty almost make me pain free for awhile.
