hello. i currently take 50mg of trazodone nightly for insomnia. i am interested in taking a 1st plateau dose of dxm (about 2 mg/kg). however i am aware that complications could arise from combining these two drugs. since 50mg of trazodone is a low dosage, i am curious whether i might still be able to consume dxm without the risk of severe adverse effects. is this possible?
