Benzos don't put me to sleep anymore, but they help to shorten the time it takes me to fall asleep if I've had enough that day (i.e. 16h after waking instead of 20h+)
At night time I take several downers in moderate doses and it either puts me to sleep or shortens the time it takes me to sleep (not while in bed but after waking up).
This often gives me a feeling of emptiness that I can feel by the time I go to bed, which makes sleeping well more difficult.
By taking 2.5-5mg of dexedrine, I feel less depressed and can fall asleep more easily than with downers alone. I usually feel so weak yet unable to sleep, but as long as I don't smoke too much weed with the downers, the dexedrine helps with the downside of benzos and other downers which prevent sleep (downer addicts will know what I mean).
Dexedrine is a potent and effective sleep aid. Ask your doctor about dexedrine and Dexedrine/Benzodiazepine combinations for a good night's sleep.
