Harm Reduction Lorazepam plus black seed oil HELP!

Long time lurker here.

I’m currently going through Suboxone withdrawal and have just taken some black seed oil with 0.5mgs of lorazepam. I’m a fool and didn’t check if there’s any interaction there?

I just read black seed oil is also a cns depressant so now I’m worried Ice done something truly stupid. Will I be ok?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I wasn't aware BSO has any CNS activity other than being a mild calcium voltage channel blocker. It's mild, either way. It's not going to be a dangerous interaction..

BSO is probably quite helpful during withdrawal from subs.

but there is nothing to worry about here... no real danger

I'm new to this site, but figured I'd jump in. You took about 1/4 of the minimum therapeutic dose
of lorazepam (for adult it generally starts at 2mg). Not sure how much black seed oil you took but, the effects should be minimal
if there are any at all.

This is my first day off a 1mg sub addiction over the past year.

I have a bunch of stuff but am scared to take it all at once

Black seed oil
Lorazepam
Clonazepam
Temazepam
Clonidine
Loperamide,

Are all in my arsenal. So far I’ve only taken the black seed oil at 1000mg and 0.5 lorazepam. I just really want to get through this comfortably. I’ve gone cold turkey from oxy before and it was hell on earth

1000mg BSO is pretty small dose, I generally use around 4-5000mg of the pure oil to get maximal benefits, either way it's not going to dangerously interact with benzos...

Having a combination of benzos + clonidine is optimal, it's really the most you could ask for.

As long as ya dont go crazy and everything is legit you will more than likely be OK. Probably wont even notice anything.
I read somewhere that BSO lessens the effects of benzodiazepines but damned if I can find that site.

Which benzo out of the 3 I have would help most with the withdrawal in your opinion?

I have never dealt with any serious wds from subs. I have played around with them but thats it.
Maybe schiz may have some info to share if available.
See I dont know if bzd will even help with sub wds. I mean it doesnt hurt wds but its a different path. I chose it for some personal issues but wouldnt know what to suggest as an option.
