I'm currently on 2x 0.5mg clonazepam daily and my psychiatrist just put me on 0.5mg of lorazepam today as well.

which should i focus more on treating my anxiety? I've read mixed opinions on which is more recreational and which is more therapeutic. I just have horrible anxiety and bi-polar disorder so i'm looking more for treatment rather than recreational use. I took 3x my clone dose today due to a bunch of fucked up legal and girlfriend issues. I don't feel euphoric or any recreational values so far from the clones other than i'm not sitting here shaking and ready to tear up anymore, and i haven't picked up my ativan script yet.

I know lots of peoples experiences vary from these two medications but my question is which is better for anxiety.

thanks

Since you have both can you not just find which works better for you and go with that? I'm sure one is generally considered a more effective anxiolytic than the other but it will probably come down to personal preference and what lets you feel the most normal.

i had a similar script once. you have a long lasting benzo with a fast shoter acting benzo. so im bout positive your script is written to take the clonazepam 2x everday for around the clock anxiety control and the lorazepam as needed for panic attacks.

this combo should work really well to relieve your anxiety problem. although the addiction you will develop from this routine will cause a whole bunch of other problems.

if you are looking to switch to one or the other i would give the lorazepam a try for a while. its really up to personal preference when it comes to which one of these works better. ive found they both are about equally in ability to fight anxiety.

Benzos are too highly individualized, as well, my answer to this question (neither work very well for me) would be different from most other people's, as most people prefer one over the other. I don't imagine myself taking either, ever again.

No "vs" threads. I'm going to close this now, PM me - although I would try reading OD Forum Standards as well as OD Guidelines and Policies first.
