Benzos Lorazepam after alcohol

Hi, i drank 12 x 473ml beers (5%) since yesterday 11am, its now 4h44pm and i finished my last beer 4 hours ago. Didnt sleep, did some speed.

Im now really really anxious and will definitely need a lorazepam (1mg) eventually.

How much hours after my last beer should i wait before taking it ? To avoid as much as possible any interactions.

Normally i wait 11 hours to be sure (and i never felt any interactions) but im so anxious at the moment that i would really want to take it as soon as possible

I dont feel drunk at all btw
