Will 14mgs of loperamide with a slightly full stomach block out 30 mgs of oxycodone?

Loperamide is a anti-diarrheal OTC medicine. The main chemical in it is an opiate but it does not cross the blood brain barrier. I'm not sure what your asking but it will not block out any oxycodone it does not make it to your receptors therefor the oxycodone will fill your receptors first, you would feel the full effects of the oxycodone if mixed with the loperamide but the oxycodone will also make you constipated if you take a high enough dose so be careful if you mix it you might not be able to shit for days.

If you are looking to potentate your oxycodone dose grapefruit juice / tagamet does wonders.

Yeah I know about the constipation and potentiation I've been using since I was like late 17ish or 18 and I'm now 25 I am on suboxone maintenance but my depression and anxiety just builds up so I have to use occasionally to take a vacation from myself cause I have constant racing thoughts. I've just read here and there that loperamide can block opiates some and I was 99% sure it wasn't possible due to it not crossing the blood brain barrier but I figured I'd ask to make sure. I sold my sub for the day cause my source said he'd definitely be able to drop off a 30 and then I didn't hear back from him all day then at quarter to 1 am he texts me and says he can do it. I gotta get up for work at 7 am so I only have about an hour to enjoy my buzz but sleeping on opiates rejuvenates me so well and with the restless legs and anxiety I wasn't gonna sleep at all without it so I plugged away. I only take 2 mgs of sub a day insta-nasally by dissolving the strip in an oral syringe and dripping it into my nostril little by little but I start experiencing withdraw at around the 26 hour mark and it gets bad at the 36 hour mark but I always get a nice glow from the suboxone which took tapering down to half a milligram twice a day then I upped my dose to 2mg a day and now receive the desired effects. My tolerance has actually dropped so much while on subs which I didn't think was even possible but I used to need 90mgs of oxy to just get a slight buzz and no nod and now about 2 weeks ago I waited about 34 hours since my last dose and plugged 60 mgs and 1 mg alprazolam and ended up passing out I love having a low tolerance again and I only use once every couple weeks and due to my mental condtions I'm pretty much unemployable so I don't regularly have money.

Sorry about my tweaker-esque posting but my mind just races so fast I type extremely fast as well. I need adderall or vyvanse and a benzo of some sort to deal with my depression and anxiety but I can't find a doctor that will script me anything except useless SSRI's, mood stabilizers and anti-psychotics that don't do shit for my depression and I've tried so many. I'm just going to order 100 etizolam pretty soon and use them for my anxiety since they're much cheaper than xanax without a script and they work just as well and at lower doses in terms of dose comparison to alprazolam and clonazepam. Okay that's it for now I just have never made a introduction thread so I figure I'd put a little bit about my background here. Maybe I'll make an introduction thread.

yeah you need to relax and take the time to organize your thoughts.

loperamide does cross the blood/brain barrier though in a much smaller concentration compared to binding in the gut. in fact, in order for PGP to export loperamide (which it does), loperamide would first have to cross this barrier to be a sufficient PGP substrate.

loperamide does not 'block' opiates, it just has a high affinity / low threshold and taking massive amounts of it can easily build a tolerance to receptors all over your body. much like methadone doesn't block, it is just strong.

i also suggest using the search engine to save time and a talkin' to, especially if its regarding the 1649th loperamide post.

Yeah sorry about that I had to run out to wait for my friend so I just made quick post and I didn't think there was a definite answer to this on bluelight most of what I remembered seemed speculative. My thoughts are always a jumbled mess that's why I need to occasionally use I was basically forced to go to rehab and I wasn't ready to stop using that's why I got on suboxone because at least it takes the edge off and keeps my use to a minimum.
